The Atangard Community Project is a 19-room intentional community in the heart of Downtown Abbotsford. Responsible for the management and administration of all aspects of the non-profit society, that includes providing a high level of customer service to all tenants requiring assistance. Screen and interview potential renters. Coordinate and collect tenant rent payments. Handling of emergency situations. Dealing with all government regulations, budget, and finance. Maintain a healthy and thriving community.
Derby Reach/Brae Island Parks Association
Program & Outreach Coordinator
Working with a board of directors, the position coordinates a series of free public walks in Derby Reach and Brae Island Regional Parks on a range of themes and targeting different audiences, and to assist with outreach activities to raise DRBIPA’s profile. This position includes prominent use of social media and public relations savvy.
Duckworth Management Group
Manager of Marketing & Visitor Services, Day Camp Program Manager
Create and execute marketing plans and initiatives for Fort Camping at Brae Island Regional Park, Evergreen Adventure Society, Apex Mountain Inn and Group Lodge (All part of the Duckworth Management Group).
Print advertising and social media content. Develop and deliver customer service training.
Oversee the Children’s Adventure Day Camp as well as activities for campground guests.
